Be sure that the user account is a member of the WebSphere MQ ’mqm’ user group. Refer to the NNSYMessageLog file for any errors.
If you have trouble connecting to an WebSphere MQ queue, verify the following:
Are you using the correct version of WebSphere MQ?
Do you have the QueueManager set to the correct queue manager?
Is the queue manager running?
Does your queue exist in that queue manager?
If yes, call technical support for additional assistance.
If no, create it.
Note WebSphere MQ promotes to uppercase, so be aware of case-sensitivity issues.
