You can tune Monitor Server execution by overriding default values for certain runtime configuration parameters. An optional Monitor Server configuration file provides the method for overriding the default values.

Another configuration condition that you can change is the maximum number of client connections allowed for Monitor Server. This number is controlled by the -nmax_connections parameter to the Monitor Server start-up command. See “Monitor Server start-up parameters” for more information.
