Move custom files or any other files that you want to save from the ImpactClient-5_5 directory to another directory.
Select Start | Settings | Control Panel, then select Add/Remove Programs.
When the Add/Remove Programs window opens, select the e-Biz Impact client and click Change/Remove.
The e-Biz Impact client uninstaller launches. In the uninstaller Welcome window, click Next.
In the next window, select the features you want to uninstall. All features are selected by default. Click Next.
The summary window displays the features that are going to be uninstalled. Click Uninstall.
A progress bar shows the progress of the uninstallation.
If you have modified any files since installation, you
receive pop-up windows asking if you want to remove the modified
files. Click Yes to All.
Click Finish when the Uninstall Complete window appears.
Manually delete the remaining ImpactClient-5_5 directory by deleting the root installation directory and all subdirectories and files.
