Trading partner information is stored in three files: the company data file, the trading partner data file, and the trade agreement data file. Information is logged by ECRTP in two files: the transaction log and the trace file. In addition, ECRTP produces a status file if errors occur during processing.
Trading partner files include information about the user’s company, the user’s trading partners, and the trade agreements that link trading partners to specific maps. The -t runtime switches indicates that an ODBC trading partner database will be used.
