Server start-up parameters

The default start-up parameters are stored under $SYBASE/ASE_12_5/install/RUN_server_name, where server_name is the name of the server you installed.

Backup Server, Monitor Server, and Historical Server server names are appended with “_BS”, “_MS”, and “HS”, respectively.

Table 2-1 lists the default start-up parameters for Adaptive Server.
