Reports the number of the line (within a query batch or stored procedure) that contains the beginning of the currently executing SQL statement for a particular process. The currently executing SQL statement is in the query batch if CUR_STMT_ACT_STP_DB_ID is equal to 0 and CUR_STMT_ACT_STP_ID is equal to 0. Otherwise, the currently executing SQL statement is in the stored procedure uniquely identified by these two IDs.
