There are two versions of Unwired Accelerator available to you:
A version hosted on EAServer
A version hosted on the Tomcat Web container
The instructions in this guide use the version of Unwired Accelerator hosted on EAServer.
Select Start|Programs|Sybase|Sybase WorkSpace|UA 7.0|Start UA (EAServer).
EAServer starts and a command window appears. The Unwired Accelerator runtime server starts, and the Adaptive Server Anywhere database starts and the database icon appears in the Windows system tray.
Minimize (but do not close) any open command windows.
You can run the SybStore_Sample and use the
instructions in this guide for the Tomcat-hosted version of EAServer;
however, WorkSpace starts Tomcat automatically and you do not need
to start Unwired Accelerator. You can use the remainder of this
guide for EAServer (Tomcat).
