Expired Portal sessions

[CR #335792] If the portal session expires before the Jaguar authorization cache, an infinite loop results, where the user receives notification the session expired, and logs in again only to receive the same notification.

Workaround: Set sessionDuration and com.sybase.jaguar.server.authtimeout to the same values. See “Setting Enterprise Portal and session timeouts” in Chapter 6, “Setting up Security for Enterprise Portal,” in the Enterprise Security Administration Guide for more information.
