[CR #336406] When using Content Explorer in administrative mode, if you add a document, then edit a document in the same session, Content Explorer may display the Add Document window instead of the Edit Document window.
Workaround:
Open Internet Explorer.
Select Tools | Internet Options.
Under the Temporary Internet Files section, click Settings.
Select Every Visit to the Page, then click OK.
Click OK again to dismiss the Internet Options dialog box.
