[CR #354817] The mail icon in the Autonomy search results page does not work when accessed from WebLogic Server and using Oracle 8.1.7. You should be able to use the mail icon to open your default mail application and insert the search result URL into the body to e-mail to the addressee. Instead, an error displays starting with:
Error 500--Internal Server Error java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/bea/p13n/usermgmt/profile/ProfileNotFound Exception at com.autonomy.APSL.BEAP7Service.readFromProfile (Unknown Source) at com.autonomy.APSL.BEAP7Service.(Unknown Source) at com.autonomy.APSL.ServiceFactory.construct WeblogicService(Unknown Source) at com.autonomy.APSL.ServiceFactory.getService (Unknown Source) at jsp_servlet._autonomyagents.__emailresult._jsp Service(__emailresult.java:162) at weblogic.servlet.jsp.JspBase.service (JspBase.java:33) at weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletStub Impl$ServletInvocationAction.run(Servlet StubImpl.java:971)
This is a known problem with Autonomy running on WebLogic Server.
Workaround: This problem is currently being addressed by Autonomy. An EBF will be made available on the Sybase download site when the fix is completed.
