Architecture Areas (EAM)

An architecture area is an abstract object that can contain and group together other objects.

An architecture area can be created in the following diagrams:

• Business communication diagram (see Business Communication Diagram Basics)
• Process map diagram (see Process Map Diagram Basics)
• City planning diagram (see City Planning Diagram Basics)
• Application architecture diagram (see the Building Application Layer Diagrams chapter)
• Service oriented diagram (see the Building Application Layer Diagrams chapter)
• Technology infrastructure diagram (see the Building Technology Layer Diagrams chapter)
