Chapter 6 Working with Enterprise Architecture Models
The following model checks are made on software servers:
| Check | Description and Correction |

| Software Server name and code uniqueness | Software server names and codes must be unique in the model.
Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code. Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code. |
| Software Server not deployed | A software server must be deployed to a physical server.
Manual correction: Deploy the software server in the appropriate object. Automatic correction: None |
| Software Server serial number uniqueness | Software Server serial numbers must be unique in the model.
Manual correction: Modify the duplicate serial numbers. Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate serial numbers. |
