Database package exception checks (PDM)

The following PDM model checks are made on exceptions:

Check Description and Correction
Package exception name and code uniqueness Exception names and codes must be unique in the database package.

Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code

Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code
