Chapter 3 Projects and Framework Matrices
Navigating in a framework matrix
The entire framework matrix reacts to mouse actions in the following ways:
- Hovering over the framework matrix top-left corner, a row or column header or a cell – displays the comment for the matrix element or, if no comment is entered, its name.
- Clicking a cell – opens a floating list, which displays all the documents attached to the cell. This list lets you manage project documents (see Working with floating lists).
- Right-clicking a cell – opens a contextual menu, which lets you format a cell, view its properties, and create (or add) project documents (see Working with the framework matrix cell contextual menu).
- Double-clicking the framework matrix top-left corner, a row or column header or a cell [framework matrix architects only] – opens the property sheet of the matrix or of the matrix element (see Framework matrix properties, Framework matrix column and row properties, and Framework matrix cell and additional area properties).
