Introducing Business Process Diagrams

A Business Process Diagram (BPD), sometimes known as a Process Flow Diagram (PFD), graphically represents the dynamic behavior of a system, how its objects interact, and who does what at run-time.

A business process diagram can be created in a model, a package or within a decomposed process.

There are three types of BPDs for modeling different aspects of a system:
