Chapter 4 Working with an XML model
The following XML model checks are made on complex types:
| Check | Description and Correction |
|---|---|
| Complex type name and code uniqueness | Complex type names and codes must be unique in the model.
Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code |
| Existence of attribute | A complex type should have at least one attribute.
Manual correction: Define an attribute for the complex type Automatic correction: None |
| Existence of particle | A complex type must contain elements, groups, group particles and/or Any.
Manual correction: Add items to the complex type or delete complex type Automatic correction: None |
