Chapter 4 Managing Document Versions in the Repository

Locking a single document

At any time, you can set a lock on a repository document if you have the appropriate right.

To lock a single document:

1. Right-click a document from the repository browser and select Lock.
   
   The Lock Document dialog box is displayed with the selected document, the version box is grayed.
2. Type a comment in the Comment box.
   
3. Click OK.
