Navigating in print preview

In print preview, you can use tools to navigate through the pages in the displayed report.

Tool	Goes to preview
	One page at a time in report.
	Two pages at a time in report.
	First page in report.
	Previous page in report.
	Next page in report.
	Last page in report.

To navigate in print preview:

1. Click a navigation tool in the Print Preview toolbar.
