Business process property sheet BPM Models tab

In the BPM Models tab, you can define with which Business Process Model (BPM) the business process is associated. This association allows you to describe the architecture of the business process. The BPM is a schema of the business process. You can also delete associations you no longer want.

You must have at least one BPM opened in the workspace to create associations.

You can open the BPM Models tab by right-clicking the business process symbol in the diagram, and selecting BPM Models.

Steps To associate a BPM with a business process:

  1. Open a business process property sheet.
  2. Click the BPM Models tab and click the Add existing BPM Models tool in the toolbar to open a selection list.
  3. Select one or more BPMS and click OK.

    The selected BPMS are displayed in the BPM Models tab. You can select a BPM and click the Open Model tool in the toolbar to open the associated BPM.
  4. Click OK to close the property sheet.

You can directly open a BPM associated with a business process by right-clicking a business process symbol in the diagram and select the Open Model command. If several models are associated with the business process, a selection dialog box is displayed. Select a BPM and click OK.
