Chapter 3 Building Information Liquidity Diagrams

Data access application property sheet OOM Models tab

In the OOM Models tab, you can define with which Object-Oriented Model (OOM) the data access application is associated. This association allows you to describe the architecture of the data access application. The OOM is a schema of the data access application. You can also delete associations you no longer want.

You must have at least one OOM opened in the workspace to create associations.

You can open the OOM Models tab by right-clicking the data access application symbol in the diagram, and selecting OOM Models.

Steps To associate an OOM with a data access application:

  1. Open a data access application property sheet.
  2. Click the OOM Models tab and click the Add existing OOM Models tool in the toolbar to open a selection list.
  3. Select one or more OOMs and click OK.

The selected OOMs are displayed in the OOM Models tab. You can select an OOM and click the Open Model tool in the toolbar to open the associated OOM.
  4. Click OK to close the property sheet.
