Chapter 12 Working with Replication Server
RepConnector allows you to use Sybase ASE Real-Time Data Service to capture changes made in the database and send an event in a message queue.
When you use RepConnector in your replication schema, you create a database with a RepConnector type to represent the RepConnector process.
The publication, replication definition, subscription and connection are generated for RepConnector. PowerDesigner does not generate specific orders for RepConnector itself.
If you use PowerDesigner Eclipse plugin, you can invoke the RepConnector Manager directly from the remote database object contextual menu in Eclipse.
