Data structure column checks

The following ILM model checks are made on data structure columns:

Check Description and Correction
Data structure column name and code uniqueness Data structure column names and codes must be unique in the namespace.

Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code

Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code
