Transformation start/end checks

The following ILM model checks are made on transformation starts and ends:

Check Description and Correction
Transformation start/end name and code uniqueness Transformation start and end names and codes must be unique in the namespace.

Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code

Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code
