A process connection is a relationship that specifies the way data are moved between two replication processes or two transformation processes.
For more information about transformation processes, see the "Transformation Process" section in the "Data Transformations Basics" chapter.
For example, data can be replicated from a source database to a first replication process and then sent to a second replication process which will replicate data in multiple remote databases:

A process connection belongs to a package and has the following graphical symbol:
Dragging a process connection to a different object
You change the objects at either end of a process connection by clicking the process connection to select it, and dragging one of the attach points to a different object.
