Extended object checks

The following PDM model checks are made on extended objects/links check, the following object controls are made.

Check Description and Correction
Extended object/link name and code uniqueness Extended object/link names and codes must be unique in the namespace.

Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code

Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code
