Fact measure checks

The following PDM model checks are made on fact measures:

Check Description and Correction
Fact measure name and code uniqueness Fact measure names and codes must be unique in the model.

Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code

Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code
