Entity attribute checks

The following CDM model checks are made on entity attributes:

Check Description and Correction
Entity attribute name and code uniqueness Attribute names and codes must be unique in the entity.

Manual correction: Modify the duplicate name/code

Automatic correction: Appends a number to the duplicate name/code.
