Chapter 7 Extracting Documents

Extracting a single document version

You can select a document to extract from the repository browser.

To extract a single document version:

1. Select a document node in the repository browser.
2. Right-click the document and select Extract from the node contextual menu.
   
   The Extract Document dialog box is displayed. The name of the selected document is displayed in the Name list.
3. Select a document version in the Version list.
4. Select the different extraction options.
   
5. Click OK.
