Chapter 12 Comparing and Merging Models

Previewing and printing comparison result

You can preview and print the comparison result from the Compare Models dialog box.

The comparison result depends on the filter options you have previously defined.

In the Preview page, you can select the following options:

• Show Legend: displays an explanation of symbols associated with compare actions
• Show Model Identification: displays the name of the compared models

You can save the comparison summary in a .txt file and you can print it in order to better analyze it.

To preview and print comparison result:

1. Click the Comparison Preview tool in the Compare Models dialog box.
   
   The Comparison Preview window is displayed. It displays the result of the comparison.
2. Click the Print tool.
   
   
      Saving the comparison result
   You can save the comparison result in a .TXT file. To do so, click the Save tool in the Compare preview window.
