Chapter 8 Managing document versions in the repository
A lock is a temporary protection set on a document version by a user with the Lock Versions right.
You only have to type a comment, the following properties are automatically filled:

|---|---|
| Name | Name of the document to lock |
| Version | Last updatable version of the document in the current branch, this box is grayed |
| Locked by | Full name of the user who locked the document |
| Date | Date when the lock is set |
