Chapter 7 Managing a List Report
The Content tab allows you to preview the list report. It contains the result of your selections in the General, Column filter and Row Filter tabs. Only objects of the type you selected in the General tab are displayed. Properties that you selected in the Column Filter tab are displayed as column headings and property values in rows must satisfy filter expressions you defined in the Row Filter tab. You can directly edit an object using the Properties tool in the toolbar. The property sheet of a list report always opens on the Content tab.
Data contained in the Content tab does not dynamically change when you perform a change to your model that may affect your list report. To update the Content tab, you must click the Refresh List Report tool in the toolbar.
You can use any of the generation tools in the toolbar to generate the list report content into a CSV, an RTF, an HTML, or an XML format. The resulting file displays in your default editor or Web browser.
