Using the spell checker
The spell checker dialog box lets you perform the following actions:
- Ignore a spelling error and go to next error
- Ignore the spelling error in the entire object or model
- Change a spelling error with the word you have typed in the Replacement Word box. This applies to the current object, if you want it to apply to the entire object or model, click the Change All button
- Add a new entry in your custom dictionary. If you do not have any custom dictionary, the Add button does not appear in the Spell Checking dialog box
- Open the Spell Checking Options and modify spell checking options
To use the spell checker:
- Select Tools→Spell Checking Options to display the corresponding dialog box.
- Select the language of your model in the Dictionary Language dropdown listbox.
- Click OK in the Spell Checking Options dialog box.
- Right-click an object or a model node and select Spell Check in the contextual menu.
Spell checking starts, when an error is found the Spell Checking dialog box appears.
- Accept the suggested word or type a replacement word and click change.
- If the spelling error is not an error, you can click the Add button to add the word to your custom dictionary.
A message appears to inform you that spell checking is successful.
