Support for SQL Server 2005

The following new features available in SQL Server 2005 are supported:

• Schemas - A stereotype has been added to specify that a user is actually a schema, belonging to another user (the "principal").
• WithOption – This new extended attribute for views defines the encryption option of the view, respecting the view creation syntax.
• Support for multiple databases during reverse engineering via ODBC
• New physical options – Including snapshot, multiple filegroups.
