Deleting an object from the model

Steps To delete an object from the model:

  1. Right-click the object symbol in the diagram.

    or

    Right-click the object node in the Model Explorer tree view.
  2. Select Delete from the object contextual menu.

    or

    Select the Delete tool from the PowerDesigner toolbar.

    or

    Press the del key.

    The Confirm Deletion dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select the Delete Objects radio button.
  4. Click OK.

Note   Undo deletion
You can always select Edit→Undo to cancel the deletion.
