Displaying the delete confirmation dialog box

By default, a confirmation message is displayed when you delete an object. Confirmation for deletion is a PowerDesigner general option, which can be modified.

Steps To cancel the display of the delete confirmation dialog box:

  1. Select Tools→General Options.

    The General Options dialog box opens with the General category selected in the Category tree view.
  2. Deselect the Confirm Object Deletion check box in the Delete Options box.
  3. Click OK.
