Copying objects to the Clipboard

You can copy an object to the Clipboard using different methods and keyboard shortcuts.

To copy a selected object to the Clipboard:

1. Select Edit→Copy from the PowerDesigner menu bar.
   
   or
   
   Press ctrl + c on the keyboard.
   
   or
   
   Right-click and select Edit→Copy from the contextual menu of the object.
   
   or
   
   Open a list of objects, select one or several lines in the list and Press ctrl + c on the keyboard.
