Adding EJB 3 Persistence Support

PowerDesigner uses an EJB 3.0 Extended Model Definition to generate EJB 3.0 persistence artifacts.

Steps To add EJB 3.0 persistence support:

  1. Select Model→Extended Model Definitions.
  2. 2 In the List of Extended Model Definitions click on the Import tool.
  3. 3 Select EJB 3.0 in the O/R Mapping tab and click OK.

You can also select the EJB 3.0 Extended Model Definition when creating an OOM by clicking the Extended Model Definitions tab in the New dialog, clicking the O/R Mapping sub-tab, and selecting the ADO.NET checkbox.
