Problem: You may experience a problem when launching the Sybase WorkSpace online help system due to port conflicts with other Sybase or other independent software vendor (ISV) applications. If this happens, the following error appears:
Embedded server could not be started.
Solution:
Close Sybase WorkSpace.
Reopen Sybase WorkSpace.
