You can delete any service operation parameters using the Interface page of the service editor.
To delete a service operation parameter:
In the WorkSpace Navigator, highlight and double-click the service.
The service opens in the service editor.
Select the Interface tab.
Expand the Operation Parameters section.
Select the parameter in the Name column.
Click Delete.
