If you opt to define generic JMS drivers for additional JMS providers not packaged with Sybase WorkSpace, you must also define the queues associated with the driver. You can complete this task when creating the JMS connection profile using the New Connection Profile wizard, or by right-clicking an existing JMS connection profile in the Enterprise Explorer.
To add a queue to an existing connection profile:
Expand the Message Transports category and navigate to the JMS provider for which you want to add a queue.
Right-click the queue and select Add Queue Definition from the context menu.
In the Add Queue Definition dialog, enter the following values and click OK:
Queue Properties
Property | Description |
---|---|
Queue Name | Enter a meaningful queue name. For example: bps_output. |
Queue Connection Factory Name | Enter the connection factory that is used to connect to queues. For example: javax.jms.QueueConnectionFactory |
You cannot edit queue properties. To change queue properties, delete the existing queue and add a new one.
