Setting Perspective Preferences

For each Database Development perspective, specify the perspective switching behavior.

Select Window|Preferences from the main menu bar.
The Preferences dialog box appears.
In the left pane, expand Sybase, Inc, then expand Database Development and select Perspective.

Field	Explanation
Switch to Database Development perspective	Each setting has two options: Always - Switches perspectives automatically (transparently) when appropriate. Prompt - Displays a dialog asking you to confirm the switch.
