Setting XML Editor Preferences

You can set preferences for the XML Editor.

To set XML editor preferences:

Select Window|Preferences from the main menu bar.
The Preferences dialog box appears.
Expand Sybase, Inc in the left pane.
Select XML Editor.
The XML Editor dialog box appears in the right pane.

Select the XML Editor tab and use the following table to select the appropriate XML editor preferences.

Show line numbers	Select to show line numbers.	On
Highlight current line	Select to highlight the current line.	On

Appearance color options	Change the color of the line number foreground, current line highlight, and print margin.

Select the Colors tab.
A list of foreground colors appears
To change a color, select the item in the list, then click its color bar to the right of the list..
The Color selection box appears.
Do one of the following:
- Select a basic color.
- Create a custom color.
  1. Click Define Custom Colors.
  2. Click on the color you want to use then move the arrow on the color bar to create the color you want.
    The color displays in the Color|Solid box.
  3. Click Add to Custom Colors.
    The color now appears in the Custom colors palette.
After you make all your changes, click OK.
