Preferences

Use the Preferences dialog to configure the appearance of the Sybase WorkSpace perspectives and views and customize its tools.

Note

Some preference settings apply across all Sybase WorkSpace development components, while others apply only to a specific component. To enable the sharing of editor preferences across components, use the WorkBench User Guide.

To set or edit Sybase WorkSpace preferences:

Select Window|Preferences|Sybase, Inc. from the main menu bar.
The Preferences dialog opens.

Choose from the following:

Highlight a preference type in the left panel to display the Preferences dialog for that component.
To filter the Preferences list in the left pane, type a filter criteria in the text box at the top and press Enter.
The list redisplays showing only those preferences that meet your criteria.
