Adding a Listener to a Web Application

To add a listener:

Select web.xml in the WorkSpace Navigator of the Web Application Development perspective.
The web.xml editor opens.
Select the Other tab of the editor.
The Other page appears.
Expand the Listener section.
The Listener section displays a list of defined listeners.
Click Add.
The General Information section appears.
Click Browse and select a Listener Class.
