Adding MIME Mapping to a Web Application

You can add Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) mapping to your Web application.

To add a MIME map:

Select web.xml in the WorkSpace Navigator of the Web Application Development perspective.
The web.xml editor opens.
Select the Other tab of the editor.
The Other page appears.
Expand MIME Mapping.
A list of defined MIME maps and a General Information section appear.
Click Add.
A new MIME map is added to the list with the default name NewMIME Mappingx.
(Optional) Change the default map name to a unique, descriptive name in the Extension field of the General Information section.
Type the mapping type in theType field.
