Adding a Tag Library to a Web Application

You can add a tag library to your Web application.

To add a tag library:

Select web.xml in the WorkSpace Navigator of the Web Application Development perspective.
The web.xml editor opens.
Select the Other tab of the editor.
The Other page appears.
Expand the Tag Lib section.
The Tag Lib section displays a list of defined tag libraries and a General Information section displays the location of the selected tag library.
Click Add.
The Select a taglib file dialog box appears.
Select the tab library that you want to add to the Web application and click OK.
The library is added to the tag libraries list..
(Optional) To change the location of the tag library, do the following in the General Information section:
1. Click Browse.
  The Select File dialog box opens.
2. Select the file that you want to use.
3. Click OK.
(Optional) Type a URI in the URI field.
