Before you can test a Monitor service, you must package and deploy the business process service in a test environment.
To test a monitor service:
Right-click the package name, and select Save WSDLs... from the context menu. Save the WSDL to your project, and click OK.
The WSDL file is saved to your project in the WorkSpace Navigator.
In the WorkSpace Navigator, right-click the <monitor service>.wsdl file, and select Test Service from the context menu.
The Service Testing wizard opens.
Complete the following information:

Select a Method to Test | Select a method and click Next. |
Parameters for Methods: operation 1 | Click Edit. |
SetType_pkg._operation | Enter test data into each field, and click OK. |
Parameters for Methods: operation 1 | Click Invoke. Null appears under Output Parameters. |
Open EAServer Manager and verify that a monitoring message was sent from the monitoring transport.
If the message was not sent, check the application server log file.
