Purging SetTypes

Use the bt59ie command line utility to purge setType definitions that are no longer needed.

  1. Go to the <installation directory>\bin.

  2. Purge SetType definitions. Enter the following command:

    bt59ie -p <SetType to be purged> -s <session name>

    Optional Parameters

    Type Required/Optional Description
    -p <set type>

    required

    Purges data from a specific setType.

    -s <session name>

    optional

    Provides the default sesssion name Session.btie.

    Note

    This is the session name specified in the nnsyreg.dat file to connect to the Monitor database.
