Use the New View Definition wizard to name and describe the view.
View Properties
| Type | Description |

Name | Type a unique and descriptive name for the view. NoteView names are limited to 25 bytes. If your encoding setting uses multi-byte characters, you may not be able to enter 25 characters. See Supported Encoded Character Sets and Locales for more information. |
Description | Summarize what the view displays. |
Click Next to define the sets of field data that will be displayed in the view.
