If you choose to use custom images instead of the default images for status icons in the Monitor Console, you must copy the image files to the \EAServer directory structure before defining status propeties.
To copy status image files:
Locate your custom image files.
Copy the files to the following directory:
<installation directory>\EAServer\Repository\WebApplication\RTConsole\Images
